They say you are your own best friend but you are also your own worst enemy. That's why I feel having love for oneself is a big part in the way people treat others. If you treat yourself like you're a failure or nothing, then what will other people think? Even if you hold your head up high and people still talk about you, but you know you have the power to keep yourself strong.
I love me. Nobody can change that because I know what I am capable of doing. Over the years I've been picked on and laughed at. I was the four-eyed teacher's pet who who was a yellow string bean. I was called so many names, but I flipped it around. Now I'm the bright-eyed intelligent beauty who radiates light like the sun. I'm beautiful. You are beautiful. I love myself. Love yourself.
P.S. We need to stop bullying!

Great Post, I think we must love ourselves first it does build a tougher skin.
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by my blog.
I love this, very encouraging. It is really important to love yourself. I say that to people all the time, if you can't love yourself, how can you love anyone else? Loving yourself is also important to self identity. Who are you, who am I? I think you have to love yourself to find out.
