Deepest Sympathy to Sandy Hook Elementary

3/13/13 On December 18, 2012, on behalf of the Michael Jackson Fan Club- Newark, NJ and myself, I mailed out a sympathy card to the community of Newtown, Connecticut. This was following the tragic school shooting that took the lives of 21 children and 7 adults. I wish I was able to give more. Sending our deepest sympathy to Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newton, Connecticut. The Michael Jackson Fan Club-Newark, NJ and Legacy of Love NYC Each heart represents a soul that was carried to Heaven that very day. My thoughts and prayers are to their families and community. Cranford NJ Street Fair Performance

Sunday May 6, 2012, I was able to perform at the Cranford Street Fair and Craft Show. This was a huge event with so many people. There were venders, car show displays, wine tasting and other various activities. I felt so proud and honored to be a part of such a massive and spectacular event. My mother come out with me and we were later joined by my brother and his wife. We caught the bus then the Raritan train to Cranford. The 31 Bus ride downtown was awesome. I received so much love and blessings all the way down. It almost brought a tear to my eye. People were saying how I made their morning better just by seeing me in costume. The bus driver even told people to greet me. When they did, it was all surprises and smiles. When we arrived at Penn Station for the train, people stared mesmerized by my striking resemblance to the King of Pop. Then we boarded the train. Three stops away was going to be one of my most memerable adventures as Michael Jackson. With Joanie the owner of Joanie's Cafe We arrived in Cranford, NJ, seeing all of the people and festivities going on. People were shocked to see my presence. We stopped by a cafe, Joanie's Cafe, to have breakfast. They were glad to see me there dressed as Michael, especially the owner, Joanie. She gave me a shout-out over the megaphone during their daly bingo game. They were great people and the food was delicious as well. Performing After taking numerous photos and greeting people, it was time to give them my all. I danced to a megamix I downloaded a few years ago. I wore my new silver and black outfit from the "Bad" tour. i interacted with the crowd and had so much fun. People saw how much dedication I put into my performance. I was also asked to do an encore performance moments later. I was super excited. The crowd loved me and I definitely felt Michael's spirit. My family was definitely proud of me and happy that I performed so well. With Darry Walker from Office of Street Fairs We all decided to walk around and enjoy more of the fair. I took more photos with people along the way. I even did a quick dance for New Jersey 101.5 Radio station. They gave me two tickets to see the Broadway musical "My Sinatra." Overall, I met so many wonderful people and cute children. I definitely want to thank Darryl Walker and the Street Fairs organization for giving me the opportunity to spread Michael Jackson love. Halloween 2011

Once again another fun Halloween as MJ. I had dressed in my Dangerous tour outfit, since most of my costumers didn't get to see me in it. They enjoyed coming in and seeing me as the King of Pop. I even got to hand out candy to the children that were out getting candy. I always love the look on peoples' faces when they see me. Many ask me to bust a move, which I do. Then they are also shocked to see that I'm a woman.



After work, I went to a Halloween party with my mom and sister at a martial arts school. My sister's friend is the Master of the school, Master G's School of Martial Arts and Physical Fitness in Newark, NJ. The people who attended were students of all ages, parents and friends. The DJ, also an instructor, played Halloween related tunes like the "Monster Mash," the "Halloween" theme song and the mother of the all "Thriller." He even played "Ghosts" and along with his songs he had a monitor showing video scenes. You know I was glued with Michael Jackson. I moonwalked for the children and showed a few how to do it too. Then he began to play line dances such as the "Cha Cha Slide," Electric Slide," "The Cupid Shuffle," and more. Then as the night winded down he played a number of Michael Jackson songs. I danced, took photos, and had a great time with great people.

I went to my sister's school and helped her with her class. Today was their Halloween Parade where the walk around the outside of the school showing off their costumes. So i decided to dress as Michael Jackson again for Halloween this year. The looks on the children's faces and reactions were so priceless. I just had a good day with the children and their love for MJ was amazing like his spirit just jumped in each of their bodies, especially when this girl randomly started doing the "Thriller" dance moves when she saw me. Another child looked at me and said "i wish the real Michael was here so he can dance" and it brought a tear to my eye :) These children were no more than seven years-old. Michael has that touch even young children in that generation want him back. It amazed me how Michael Jackson was known in their hearts at such a young age. I started my love for MJ at a very young age as well, but he was so much more popular then. It was amazing and I gave my sister's class a private concert during their music class on stage as the teacher played "Billie Jean" on the piano. When the children came back upstair, they showered me with such beautiful compliments. Not only were the children reacting that way but other teachers, parents and admin were also feeling the love of MJ I was releasing. It was just a beautiful day and I would love to experience that nirvana again. :-)
